BUDS! It’s spooky season and we are loving the vibes as the cooler weather sets in.

 

For those of you looking to have some fun in the kitchen, we’ve got some delicious edible recipes for you.


 

Maple Pumpkin CookiesCookies

These infused cookies are bursting with maple and pumpkin. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup cannabutter
  • 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 egg (or egg replacement)
  • 3½ tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cannabutter and cane sugar together.
  3. Beat in the egg, maple syrup and pumpkin.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cin
  5. namon, nutmeg and salt.
  6. Slowly add the dry mixture in with the wet. About ⅓ at a time,
  7. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Some ovens may vary.

Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil or coconut oil
  • One cup of vanilla almond milk
  • One tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice
  • 2.5 cups of infused oil
  • Two tablespoons of agave 
  • Three overripe bananas
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • One cup of white whole-wheat flour
  • 5 cups of all-purpose flour
  • One teaspoon of baking powder
  • One teaspoon of baking soda
  • One teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 5 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 5 teaspoons of salt
  • One banana (for later)

Directions:

  1. Using a mixing bowl, blend the milk and citrus juice. Put it aside to sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix in flours, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Set aside.
  3. Peel bananas. Mash them with a fork inside another large mixing bowl. Try to remove as many lumps as possible. You want a smooth texture. 
  4. Add the infused oil, agave, vanilla extract, soy milk and juice mixture. Combine thoroughly.
  5. Slowly add flour mixture to the bananas and wet ingredients. Remove as many lumps as possible
  6. Place olive or coconut oil into a skillet over medium heat. When the oil is heated, pour batter onto the skillet. Cook until the sides bubble and then flip over. Reduce heat if necessary.
  7. Cook until all batter has been used.
  8. Top with sliced bananas and maple syrup.
